Great opportunity to join an expanding Inbound Tour Operator based in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. Established in 2000, we offer a full range of tours, accommodation, car rental and activity packages to inbound visitors to Ireland.
We are currently looking for a new team member to join our administration department.
- Making reservations
- Entering bookings into our reservations systems
- Dealing with hotels and other suppliers
- Preparing travel documentation
- Updating in-house systems with supplier contracts
- Ideally should have some experience in the travel industry, preferably Irish inbound market (Not essential)
- Experience working in a fast paced, busy office enviroment.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in Excell and Word
- Good numerical and writen skills are essential
