Great opportunity to join an expanding Inbound Tour Operator based in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. Established in 2000, we offer a full range of tours, accommodation, car rental and activity packages to inbound visitors to Ireland.

We are currently looking for a new team member to join our administration department.

Duties include:

  • Making reservations
  • Entering bookings into our reservations systems
  • Dealing with hotels and other suppliers
  • Preparing travel documentation
  • Updating in-house systems with supplier contracts

Requirements:

  • Ideally should have some experience in the travel industry, preferably Irish inbound market (Not essential)
  • Experience working in a fast paced, busy office enviroment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient in Excell and Word
  • Good numerical and writen skills are essential
